Trials

Trials provide full access during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin automatically.

Subscription Refunds

We offer a 30‑day money‑back guarantee on annual plans and a 7‑day guarantee on monthly plans if the service does not perform as described. Contact support@slashcollective.com within the applicable period.

Cancellations

You may cancel at any time effective at the end of the current billing cycle. Partial‑period refunds are not provided except where required by law.
